Directed by James Cameron, Aliens stars Sigourney Weaver as Ellen Ripley, returning to the role from Ridley Scott’s Alien. Michael Biehn, Paul Reiser, Lance Henriksen and Bill Paxton co-star in a sci-fi action horror film where Ripley joins a military mission to investigate a colony after contact is lost. The film expands the Alien franchise with colonial marines, xenomorph swarms, survival horror and Cameron’s large-scale action filmmaking.
