Bad Neighbours 2 (aka Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising) (2016)

Nicholas Stoller’s Bad Neighbours 2 reunites Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, and Zac Efron in a suburban war against a newly formed sorority next door. As Mac and Kelly try to sell their house, their plans fall apart when a rowdy all-female party house moves in.
