Directed by Michael Mann, Manhunter stars William Petersen as FBI profiler Will Graham in the first screen adaptation of Thomas Harris’s book Red Dragon. Tom Noonan plays serial killer Francis Dollarhyde, with Brian Cox as Hannibal Lecktor and Kim Greist as Molly Graham. The film combines 1980s crime thriller, serial-killer investigation, psychological profiling and Michael Mann’s stylized neon crime atmosphere.
