Directed by Takashi Shimizu, Ju-On: The Grudge 2 continues the Japanese horror series with a new group of victims drawn into the curse surrounding Kayako and Toshio. Noriko Sakai stars as horror actress Kyoko Harase, whose involvement in a television production brings her into contact with the same supernatural force connected to the Saeki house. The film expands the non-linear structure and recurring curse mythology established in Ju-On: The Grudge.
