Directed by Rupert Wainwright, The Fog is a remake of John Carpenter’s 1980 supernatural horror film and stars Tom Welling, Maggie Grace and Selma Blair. As the coastal community of Antonio Island prepares to celebrate its founding, a mysterious fog brings the vengeful spirits of shipwrecked sailors back to uncover a deadly secret from the town’s past. The film combines ghost-story horror, maritime folklore and small-town secrets in a modern reworking of Carpenter’s original.
