Directed by Simon Wells, The Time Machine stars Guy Pearce as a scientist who builds a machine to travel through time after a personal tragedy. Samantha Mumba, Jeremy Irons and Orlando Jones co-star in a science fiction adventure that moves from Victorian invention to a distant future divided between the Eloi and the Morlocks. The film adapts H.G. Wells’ classic time-travel story with futuristic world-building, dystopian imagery and early-2000s visual effects.
