Directed by Ronald Neame and starring Gene Hackman, Ernest Borgnine, Shelley Winters and Red Buttons, this disaster thriller follows a group of passengers trapped inside an overturned ocean liner after it is struck by a massive wave. With the ship flooding and collapsing around them, the survivors attempt to climb upward through the inverted vessel in search of a possible escape.
