Directed by Miloš Forman, Amadeus (1984) stars F. Murray Abraham and Tom Hulce in a historical drama about the life of composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The film is told through the perspective of rival composer Antonio Salieri, who recounts Mozart’s rise and his own jealousy of Mozart’s talent. The film won eight Academy Awards including Best Picture and Best Actor for F. Murray Abraham.
