Blue Sky Studios

Founded in 1987 in Connecticut, Blue Sky Studios was an American animation company best known for the Ice Age franchise. Acquired by 20th Century Fox in 1997, the studio also produced titles like Robots (2005), Rio (2011) and Ferdinand (2017). After Disney's acquisition of Fox, Blue Sky was closed in 2021, leaving a legacy as one of the major players in computer-animated family films of the 2000s and 2010s. mindre>
